This weeks blog is firmly based on today's audio, we talk a lot about recent events within the markets coupled to the education one needs to counter move or insulate against significant loss. 90% of private investors lose within the markets, many blow up their accounts within the first 1-2 years '' Don't become a statistic by trying to apply blue chip investment strategies against an aim (tier 3) company '' you're on a sure fire route to loss.

Following the masses down the road of perdition will have zero positive outcome, knowthegame....
This week we talk about Noricum gold, Teathers Financial along with an in depth look at how the markets work, the paramount need to unequivocally protect your capital '' As simply this is what keeps you at the table ''

DocsLaymanChatter XXXV

As my first trip of the year looms ever closer I ponder further the busy schedule for the month of April. Spain for 5 days then straight back and to the UK Investor show 2015 (click for tickets) to tackle my old friend and sparring partner David Lenigas, this time his bully boy buddy won't be there to prevent old Dave running away so finally he may answer some of the concerns from the 2014 confrontation. With a new bunch of questions set around another of his heavily associated mining companies.

This week my friend Tom Winnifrith was served with papers (injunction) in a weak attempt to silence him from exposing fraudulent companies operating within the alternative investment market or the '' Casino '' as TW. would proclaim. The corporate espionage and systematic milking of UK shareholders is enough to make the strongest of stomachs rench, sadly many investors never get to the bottom of things which in essence lets these charlatans and crooks off the hook. If Aiden Early or any other for that matter believes that serving papers is answer to his critics then i honestly believe he's about to get a pretty darn big bill from his appointed solicitors as he and any other who attempt to erase free speech will be serving more papers than Jamie Oliver has served hot dinners. The simple fact is these documents and articles will slosh about cyberspace for ever and a day, banging your hand down on Tom is like swatting flies with a sledgehammer, the annoyance and hard labours of it will wear thin when you realise that once Tom stops buzzing away he'll be replaced by another and another and another. I suggest the back alley sally executives who have been having a feral old time fiddling for the past few decades accept that the road to retribution lies ahead.  Aiden,Dave and Donald duck should all take note as the wheels of revolution are fully turning.

February into March has been steady for the portfolio and whilst many are hopeful for the next few months, I've resided to the fact that April onwards will see me holding a big slug of cash just incase things aren't so hot. You can always sink it in but getting it out is a very different challenge and one I don't want to be faced with. For now I'm expecting a decent few weeks ahead so lets look at what's hot and not as it may be.

UK Oil & Gas: A month ago UKOG was top of the pops by virtue of it's rise off 0.35p to 0.60p with a hive of activity in frequency and volume. 4wks on and the rumour mill is churning over once again, the retail community this weekend has reacted positively to the speculation and anticipation of news. If the stock breaks 0.62-0.65p then I firmly expect the shares to quickly change hands at a significant premium to today's price. '' 1p+ is very much an initial target ''

Trinity Exploration & Production: Unlike other Oil & Gas companies operating within the same geographic footprint, I see TRIN as a proper operator. The market cap is a fraction to peers after coming off hard from £1.20 to 20p. This week we have seen a renewed interest in the TRIN story and it's really is not hard to see why. The company has bonified assets which are operated by dyed in the wool oil men. Speculation is growing over the GSA being signed along with a clear visibility on financing which is rumoured to be siamese with the GSA and not from an equity raise (Placing)

Worthington Group: Have issued TW. with a gag order, OK many of you know that Tom and I have differences from time to time however we really do have to pay a close attention to Naibu's director who is serving time in prison and has been since Nov 14' or the squeaky clean Big Jim Ellerton who fucked UK shareholders in his quest for self fulfillment by the tune of millions. Maybe the Range Resources debacle is fresh in your mind too? '' Regardless of bogus claims regarding old winnie, the testament of time shows that the old tommy gun is pretty effective in battle ''

Noricum Gold: I can see why shareholders maybe be browned off with Mr Kunzel of Noricum however a clear shift of change has taken place, many in the retail community may not be ofay with junior mining practices but to put into laymans terms '' Diamond drilling '' is a proper form of sampling / gathering results. I have no knowledge of what these results will be but all the delays and negativity is priced in now. The company has up to a million quid in the bank coupled with potential meaningful news. - It looks a buy pre news drive '' derisk as the SP climbs ''

There are a number of companies that i believe will be trading significantly higher than today, Union Jack Oil cannot be worth less on these results '' The markets valuation is disconnected '' I fully expect this to become buoyant soon. Boxhill Technology is primed to rise once the old director has finished selling his stock, the director was potted for a lack of productivity. Teathers Financial has an A-list group with a Z- list valuation, visibility will instigate the move here '' eyes peeled on news flow ''. Paternoster Resources has been held back by a legacy holder (Zoltav) selling down its position, this week I had it confirmed that position is fully disposed thus expect solid relief to the upside on any kind of buying pressure. Westminster Group have been finding some decent traction in the markets this week, WSG as with many peers in SL have suffered at the hands of an aggressive epidemic which is now starting to subside. The company has recently released news on its ever growing roster of business which has clearly helped raise the spirits of long term shareholders.

Investor '' Get together '' London & Manchester 2015

Private Investors '' Get Together ''

In 2015 I intend to arrange a number of get together's, these can be a simple pint of ale and a chat or a more formal wine & canapes like arrangement. Needless to say the primary aim is to stimulate group discussions over a host of common interests namely the stock markets, we've had a positive initial response from twitter to the London & Manchester suggestions however this is a social invitation to one and all.

The idea is to cater to the numbers thus anticipate that London is currently a 65/35 split. This will not deter or prevent either date taking place, it simply means we will try to now gauge and cater for each group accordingly. There is no hard sell or pitch coming your way, this is wholly a retail event which relies on you the attendee to pitch up and get involved with active chat/debate or conversation. I'm no great host nor do intend to take folk by the hand although a welcome greeting and brief introduction with a drink is the least we can do.

In September we had about 25 private investors meet after an oil barrel conference, this '' get together '' went well so hope to replicate it throughout the year. I/we have no allegiance to any market related business, but should one or more companies decide to foot the food and booze bill then I'm not going to argue.

Let me be 100% clear, there will not be any brokers / PR / corporate's or companies invited to these events unless they adhere clearly to the simple rule of open dialogue in an open forum. I feel its a pertinent point to cover as other events (not mine) have reported that pushy brokers had been trying to run the jedi mind trick over them (pitching services).
In September we had a solid group of private investors along with, an aim listed Oil&Gas CEO, the infamous BrokerManDan, super cool technical guru Zak Mir, Myself and the incredible '' Day trading magnum @BaronTrading '' During 2015 we'll follow a similar line, there is no criteria so lucky mug punters, expert tech guys, fundamental overseers, forensic accountants, sophisticated and unsophisticated investors, newbies or those looking to bounce ideas around are truly welcome.
The average running time is a few hours but i myself enjoy a beer so this could easily run over, I hope to meet with you soon for an informal chat and beverage. '' We are simple folk with simple needs '' do not be put off as many often can be by such events. The unknown is not to far from a night at the local pub chatting amongst friends.

Register your interest here: investormeetings@outlook.com

If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns please email in, over the next few weeks we will carve out dates, meeting places and times. don't expect bells and whistles but do expect an enjoyable experience.

DocsLaymanChatter XXXV

The last 7-10 days have seen a clear shift in sentiment throughout aim, we have seen a bunch of companies which have been weighted to the bottom seemingly start their shift toward respectable levels, sadly many of these are still very much depressed as private investors are still nursing the pain of aim within their portfolios. For weeks if not months we here at Docslaymanchatter have been predicting a turn in the tide for one very simple reason, and that is the distinct need for cash!

Many aim listed companies do not generate revenue and those that do often don't create enough to keep the train pootling along the track, this ignites the annual funding season which looks to be fast approaching. Either we will see a jump up in liquidity, interest and placing's or by the summertime we will have dozens upon dozens of junior resource, tech & bio companies hitting the skids going bust. I tend to follow the premise that the tier 3 city outfits need  these leeches of the investment world as much as the low life facilitators need them.

A huge proportion of the square mile is solely reliant on companies that are in incubation, this is the terminology for genuine embryo companies but also lifestyle pay day creations. Our job is to try and spot the good apples in the barrel, clever investors recognise the cyclical nature of all aim companies thus find trade opportunities across a broader range. We have to be a matter of fact about which ethos we are following, to jump back and forth can be a challenge. Personally I don't follow any set guidelines as after years I find the markets more compelling and rewarding by moving inline with the changes but this can be something of a fast pace to follow so advise against it until you have a strong set of principles that are working effectively.

Like learning to drive you have to feed the wheel and use your mirrors, after you pass you can roll your seat back and crossover hands, although similar to investing you need to have the credentials and ability to pass the test before you can hit the open road alone. Lets look at a few companies that are becoming interesting in the small cap markets.

TEA: Formerly SPR the company has changed name, moving away from the button company sperati. TEA team of Jason Drummond and well known uber wealthy investors has pegged this tiny micro cap on the map. Investors like myself are banking on the company making positive steps however this is more a forecast from a blinded position rather than some inside line into the TEA nerve centre.

Union Jack Oil: Seems we have been talking about this company for a while, we have had some pretty good moves in the company, yet we all stand by our beds waiting for the official line that we have a commercial well which is producing ahead of expectation. This would be the ideal end to a turbulent run for many of the partners operating in testing times, it's my belief that a good result here will bode well for all including Union Jack. We await the confirmation over the forthcoming weeks, remember folks UJO has a strong cash position and are funded through to 2016.

Sound Oil: Have bounced back hard after a slip towards 9p after the OP crash, The company has a full nearterm calendar with Nervesa and Badile pending. To be clear this is the second drill in an already commercial project at Nervesa, the company in 2015 should if the roster is to be believed have a solid cash flow and big operation finalising towards year end.

Sefton Resources: My old mate Daniel Levi (BMD) has his work cut out here, but then Dan probably wouldn't have it any other way. Sefton has to have the cross guarantee lifted as soon as possible to allow the company to breath again. Without BMD intervention Sefton would have surely suffocated at the hands of the old regime. I wish him well and hope to book a busy slot in his diary to catch up - stay tuned to www.valuethemarkets.com for that interview.

Paternoster Resources: Once Zoltav finalise the sale of there remaining few PRS shares the companies SP should rebound nicely above the current level of 0.22-0.25p I anticipate a correction north of here and with a rumoured £20,000 of Zoltav overhang left to go we should see that sooner rather than later.

Solomon Gold: Jumped from the oversold position as private investors were tempted into the stock once some liquidity returned, I bought this company based on its depressed position with a theory that whilst the 5yr chart said 1.3p possible the markets were nowhere near as bad as 2013 when the whole european currency was about to collapse (which it hasn't to date yet!)

A few companies to watch for interesting developments are Boxhill Tech,African Potash,Sunrise Res,Uk Oil & Gas,Barron Oil,Verona Pharma and Wishbone Gold.

3D Dave '' A Man Of His Word Or A Wanker? ''

So 3D Dave alienates himself from the very retail investor he uses his twitter feed to communicate with? not a great move for 3D Dave but hey don't take my word for it, take the rafts of folks who feel you are persecuting them for holding a different view than you.

The Draconian dictatorship may work with the paid for services in and around the city but the everyday punters need people to help fill in the gaps, sadly your dislike for me or your power hungry ego is driving you down into the shit you've created for yourself.

We know 3D Dave, is a loose cannon with the facts:

3D seismic @ HH                    - Fail
No LGO placing                      - Fail
No REM placing                      - Fail
Ukog fundraiser                        -Fail

Just a few of the claims that 3D Dave had claimed were not on the agenda but actually were being worked or worse to proclaim you have some technology you actually ' do not '

On Monday you attended the ' Free Speech & Liberty Pizza House ' to promote UK Oil & Gas, a company I believe will go up in value (By the way) however the irony comes in the small hours when you tweet out to your followers:

'' All on my twitter, if i see you follow that Doc Holiday avatar you will be blocked ''

Now in order to be a man of your word you must ban a whole host of people, so I'll help you by pointing out folk you must block immediatly. Now I have a very funny feeling you won't remove  these people as this will stop you getting your word out. However it will help genuine private investors understand just how little they mean to you as clearly if you '' Block Holiday Followers '' then you should do so without prejudice, That's assuming you value each person equally '' I fear you do not ''

You won't block these people because they have an influence, respect or decency that you need.

For those of you that have been banned as a result of not bowing to 3D Daves bonkers request I salute you.

David Lenigas '' Refers me to his lawyers ''

The great David Lenigas after the release of my Stellar Resource research document, refers me to his lawyers:

''This has just been sent to the litigation lawyers.''
David Lenigas
Chairman

Clearly the document which was published at the shareprophets here was enough to get a bee in old Daves bonnet, I mean collating information which is available within the public domain and from an enterprising line of questioning from the UK's '' Freedom of information act '' was just too much for the serial entrepreneur and aim director. I guess the whole freedom of speech theory is lost by bully boy's who automatically refer those with the balls to speak out to his '' Litigation Lawyers '' my fomral response here is: '' fuck you and i'll see you in court '' If fat Dave thinks by sending such an email response to me is some kind of warning shot over the bows then he is sadly wrong, Long before I decided to share my research findings, I spoke with industry experts, I also gave the companies (STG & GMOW) time to review the document in which I encouraged them to:

Correct
Comment
Dissect

Or refute any claims within the document which were inaccurate, inappropriate or they felt warranted comment. I also point to effect on the comapnys shareprice at time of release. The mathmatical gangsters will find the document has had no detrimental financial effect on the company at the time of release.

If by tweeting via social media has some type of impact I'd say Dave should look closer to home, he himself has already run into a modest bottom slapping from his advisers after misleading investors by commenting (3 times) that HorseHill had 3D seismic data. '' Which it did not '' (according to Neil Ritson)

Now I accept that UK Oil & Gas is in better shape than the markets are valuing it, infact I'm a shareholder however this does not detract from the utter reckless red faced manner in which Dave operates.

I now await the next move by the big dog, but if the mediterranean Oil & Gas case is anything to go by then I shouldn't need worry too much as the judgment by Mr Justice Males commented:

'' The claimants case fails at every stage '' in Ref to litigation between LGO energy (Formerly Leni Gas & Oil) and Mediterranean Oil and gas (subsidiary Malta Oil) . - March 2014 (Find that judgment here)

Perhaps the big fella should hire Mog's counsell to stick it to me at least they could say they've had recent success's dealing in litigation cases with Dave. Robin Williams once said '' Never pick a fight with an ugly person, they've got nothing to lose ''

I'm something of a star wars geek, this notification reminds me of a certain Owen Delstar the officer in the republican army who fought in the Mandalorian wars... I won't dribble on any further on this just yet but I may do in the future. (Geeks like me love star wars trivia)

All the best

* Kindly I have accepted Tom's invitation back to the UK Investor show 2015, I've been mulling over it for sometime but today made the decision that facing companies that mislead or worse need to answer for there actions so now look forward to engaging in my favourite past times '' see ya'll there...''

The Fall Of Management Resource Solutions

Management Resource Solutions pitched up on aim only a matter of weeks ago, with all the gear and no idea the companies shares started to drift from the outset. Sadly I bought the (30p) IPO promote as the company gave a good account of itself, with a few whispers from decent city guys and the scene was set.

Whilst I accepted the short period of time on the aim exchange for the fledglings wasn't being kind to them i also took the statement made to me by the CEO as credible on 5th Jan 2015:

''We will be discussing an announcement for later this month.

This coupled to the announcements via official and unofficial lines (media reports) where the company (MRS) informed '' We look forward to updating the market in January '' based on these statements and my own findings I took the company on face value so to learn on the 29th of January that the company intended on making no official release other than interim's, coming before the end of March 2015... -

The smarmy pup at the PR company (FTi) really tried to run the rule over me with his clever comments ''  what would you like them to do '' by way of sarcastic suggestion of no material changes, no update '' - and there had been no material changes in his eyes...

My response to this in no uncertain terms was unrepeatable but followed the line of '' Listen you cheeky little prick, is it too much for shareholders to expect, the company do what it says and that performance has been disappointing to boot ''

The CEO miraculously corroborated with a statement in which a reply came via email 10 minutes after i put the phone down to (FTi's) PR twit . The CEO claimed i was now asking in an aggressive manner, which is funny as nearly all execs that I have pulled up on such shenanigans unanimously question the way in which i ask a question.

After the shocking broker valuation of 38p i felt compelled to investigate further! - It is rumored that MRS were a little shy on completing a number of financial transactions. Did this result in both the companies turnover being affected as well as having a material effect within the broker analysts valuation? Was this related to payment received from Papua New Guinea?

(Note: Rumors are not facts until we can prove them)

MRS CEO was proud to talk about the company's year on year performance (doubling turnover year on year for seven years) which i have to say was part of the appeal to me here from an established company, however I now ask has today's '' Rushed out RNS flagged yet another red flag ''

All along the company intended on doubling turnover accept today the company said:

it is anticipated that the financial results for the year ended June 2015 will be materially ahead of full year 2014.

Which is not the magic double claim now is it? The RNS smacked of desperation as this release was only constructed to counter a drop which was created by the failure to meet the expectation of the markets which they have created.

After reviewing the Admission document it also shows a key (significant) shareholder's ends in March, this would then potentially open the floodgates once again.

Daniela Athan, who will be directly or indirectly interested in approximately 16.6 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital on Admission, has undertaken to the Company and (for so long as it is the Company’s Nominated Adviser) Northland that (i) for three months from Admission she will not dispose of any interest in the Ordinary Shares in which she is interested on Admission

This presents yet more uncertainty and whilst I accept that the company if able to meet all of the expectations and milestones originally set out would have done well, the clear change of sentiment and momentum will now fuel a lacking of confidence.

The markets expect profits to be ahead - so must now exceed that
The markets expects turnover to double - the markets must exceed this
The shareholders expectations and company performance are fragmented

It does not take a rocket scientist to work out where this is going! On that basis I hope I have done the honorable thing in sharing my own bitterly disappointing analysis.

IPO 30p
Today 15p

The next few weeks could see further loss, buyer beware...
